Why Become a Member?

​

As an independent non-profit organization, TAC is able to showcase diverse, thought-provoking art that may not typically fit within the constraints of a traditional commercial gallery. We believe strongly in the importance of providing a venue for this expression of art as the best way to support artists and to promote the arts within our community.

 

We also believe that our members are our most valuable asset. Our primary means of support are memberships and The 5×5 Show and Sale. As a member of TAC, you become an instrumental part of our mission and will enjoy the satisfaction of knowing that you’re helping to support contemporary art and artists in Tulsa. Art that might otherwise never have the chance to be seen and experienced.

 

TAC is 100% staffed by volunteers and is able to host approximately 11 individual exhibitions each year at no cost to the exhibiting artists. Also, as a member, you’re eligible to submit works for our annual juried members’ show.    

 

You don’t have to be an artist to be a member of TAC. Many of our members are non-artists who want to see contemporary art thrive in Tulsa. Please help us continue to provide a home for contemporary art in Tulsa and become a member of TAC today!
