Michelle Williams

Hi, I’m Michelle Williams, Tulsa-based artist and creator of Viddy Pop Studios, where I feature my latest works. My favorite mediums are watercolor, digital illustration, and to my family’s biggest annoyance, acrylic, and mixed media. After a decade as a stay-at-home and having more time for me, I discovered painting was about the only constant I had always had throughout my life, despite my role. Painting was a part of my identity. My work explores emotion and identity—bold abstract watercolors meet contemporary portraiture illuminated by light and neon. Each piece is crafted to transform and define a space, inviting viewers to connect with their personal narrative. I blend traditional techniques with digital tools, from intimate black-and-white line drawings to vibrant, whimsical compositions. Whether designing a 3D paper floral monogram or capturing architectural photography, I strive for my art to transcend time and language, sparking interest and telling stories. Through The Mood Room, I celebrate art’s power to shape environments and evoke moods. I’m thrilled to join the Tulsa Artist Coalition, share my vision, and collaborate within our vibrant community.
