Tulsa Artists’ Coalition’s Legendary 5×5 Show & Sale

 

Ready to create for a cause?

The Tulsa Artists' Coalition (TAC) 5×5 Show & Sale has been a Tulsa tradition since 2000. This beloved annual fundraiser invites you to create small works with a big impact — by donating your artwork to support TAC.

How the 5×5 Works

TAC provides the canvas. You create the artwork. You donate the finished piece back to TAC.

Each participant receives up to two 5" × 5" canvases (while supplies last). Complete your art and donate it to the fundraiser. All artwork is sold for $55 during the high-energy opening reception, where collectors line up to purchase their favorite pieces.

100% of proceeds directly support the operational costs of TAC Gallery, helping us continue to provide a professional exhibition space to support local artists.

Participation Details

Get Your Canvas

TAC will provide up to two 5" × 5" canvases per artist (while supplies last).

Artists may also:

• Use their own 5" × 5" canvas or surface

• Create a 3D piece within 5" × 5" × 5"

Canvas Pickup (Beginning March 1, 2026)

• TAC Gallery (9 E Reconciliation Way)
  Fridays 6–9 pm | Saturdays Noon–5 pm

• Ziegler's Art Supplies (2217 E Admiral Blvd)
  Monday–Friday 9 am–5:30 pm | Saturday 9 am–4 pm

Create Your Artwork

All mediums are welcome.

​

Prepare Your Work

• PRINT your first and last name and email address legibly on the back of your artwork for proper credit.

• Artwork must be ready to hang (NO WET PAINT!)

Drop Off Your Donated Artwork

Submission Deadline: Saturday, April 25, 2026 by 5 pm

Drop-off Locations:

• TAC Gallery (Noon–5 pm)

• Ziegler's Art Supplies (9 am–4 pm)

Late submissions might not be included.

Important Information

• First note, all 5×5 artworks are donations and become the property of TAC upon submission.

• Unsold works may be reclaimed by the artist. IF the canvas was provided by TAC, we ask for a $10 donation to cover canvas costs.
