Colleen Stiles

Colleen Stiles is best known for her detailed pen & ink drawings which depict a conceptual interpretation of reality infused with fantasy. Her work exemplifies an appreciation of nature, animals and worlds where magical creatures, uncharted landscapes and ethereal beings come to life. Other mediums used in her illustrative work include watercolor, acrylic, graphite and colored pencil. Three-dimensional works are expressed primarily in plaster and found objects. She received her BFA from Oklahoma State University in 1997.
