QUALIFICATIONS

You
don't need to be a Tulsa Artist to qualify for a TAC
Show. Both established and emerging artists who have
demonstrated the ability to produce a body of work with a
consistent style and theme will be considered.

PROCESS

Artist
samples will be reviewed and judged by a panel of 3 qualified
judges for show potential. Final
decisions for annual show schedules will be made by November 30.

TAC's
dedicated volunteer staff will provide the following services to exhibiting
artists:
- Printing
and mailing of your promotional postcards to over 1,000
patrons.
- A
clean, freshly painted display space
with your custom-painted title wall, track lighting,
and display stands.
- Promotional
articles and opening announcements in Tulsa papers
and PSA spots.
- Installation
and tear-down assistance.
- Food
and beverage contributions to Opening.
- Gallery
sitters Thurs-Sat 6:00 to 9:00 PM.

24' storefront window exposure
DOOR CLEARANCE:
2 doors- 78" high X 60" wide

Exhibiting
Artists are responsible for:

postcard art and personal
mailing list.

artwork titles, medium descriptions, prices, and media promotional
photos 6 weeks before opening day.

Crating
and delivery of your artwork to the TAC Gallery for
arrival at least a week before opening
day.
- Partial
cost of mailing and opening
night reception.
- Artwork
insurance coverage.
- Partial
or full Show installation.
- Opening
attendance & Gallery sitting for in-town artists.
